REGULATIONS
GROUPS OF PLAYERS: PROFI and NON-PROFI
Competitors compete in two groups: pro and non-profi
CONDITIONS FOR ENTERING THE COMPETITION
Adults with a medical certificate and appropriate freediving competence are allowed to compete.
Each participant is required to send a medical certificate 7 days before the date of the competition, the form of which is available HERE.
The original certificate should be delivered to the organizer on the day of the start of the competition.
DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPETITION
The competitor dives (in any way but without ballast) to a preset depth (44 meters in the profi group or 20 meters in the non-profi group), takes the badge and returns with it towards the surface, but does not surface, but stops at a depth of no more than 2 meters (in the Static Zone marked on the rope) and continues the dive trying to achieve the longest possible time before reaching the surface.
POINTS
The competitor receives points for the time spent in apnea and for the depth achieved. A competitor may receive penalty points in case of failure to provide a badge, failure to reach the set depth or start after Top Time.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
The competitor may be disqualified in case of arriving too late to the Static Zone, leaving the Static Zone, blackout, submerging the airway after ascent, improper execution of the Surface Procedure, starting the dive too late (30 s. from Top Time), using buoyancy adding equipment, inhaling oxygen before the dive starts.
LUNG SQUEEZE
A competitor who is observed to have symptoms of lung squeeze will not be admitted to the finals
PRELIMINARIES AND FINALS; STARTING ORDER
Competitors compete in pairs at a time. In the finals, the best 6 athletes each compete in the pro group (women and men separately) and in the non-profi group (women and men separately)
EQUIPMENT
The competitor may use double fins or mono fin, mask or specialized goggles, nose clip, watch with stopwatch but may not use foam or weights
COMMENCEMENT OF THE TRIAL

END OF TRIAL
Within 20 seconds of surfacing, the competitor must correctly perform the Surface Procedure.
SPRING ZONE and START ZONE
Coach / buddy may accompany athlete to Warm-up Zone but not to Start Zone
ANTI-DOPING TESTS AND OXYGEN USE
Inhalation of oxygen and oxygen-enriched mixtures and the use of doping agents are prohibited, but the organizer does not provide for anti-doping tests.
