- The website gathers information about Users and their behavior in the following way:
- Through information entered voluntarily in forms.

The data is not shared with other third parties, unless with the consent of the User.
- The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to process the service request, commercial contact or order a product or service offered by the DEEPSPOT-CHALLENGE. Depending on the purpose of transferring data, they may be processed for the purposes of the contract or on the basis of a separate consent of the Customer – to the extent and for the purposes resulting from such consent or for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, in particular marketing of services provided DEEPSPOT-CHALLENGE, including profiling of personal data for the above purposes.
